带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨多段骨折的体会

摘　　要：目的总结带锁髓内钉对下肢长骨多段骨折治疗体会及效果。方法回顾31例胫骨及股骨多段骨折采用带锁髓内钉治疗,其中26例为小腿多段骨折,5例为股骨多段骨折,术后31例患者均获随访。结果采用Jonher-wruh评分标准,本组优23例,良7例,差1例,无断钉及严重骨折畸形愈合。结论带锁髓内钉是治疗下肢长骨多段骨折的首选方法。Objective To discuss experience and effect of aggregate interlocking nails treatment of lower limb long bone multiple fracture. Methods Recalling the femur and tibia of 31 cases of multiple fracture, using treated with interlocking nails, of which 26 cases for the small leg multiple fracture, 5 cases for femur multiple fracture, all 31 cases received post-operative visit. Results Using Jonher-wruh score standards,this group of outstanding 23 cases,7 cases were better,poor 1 case,no locking nail broken and a serious fracture of malformation healing. Conclusion Locking nail is the first choice of method in the treatment of lower limb long bone multiple fracture.
