摘　　要：目的分析连云港市2008年上半年麻疹流行病学特征和麻疹监测系统运转现状,以便更好地指导下半年麻疹防治工作。方法依据连云港市法定传染病报告系统和麻疹疑似监测系统的麻疹疫情资料,利用中国免疫规划监测软件进行数据分析。结果2008年上半年全市共报告麻疹疑似病例62例,其中确诊28例,均为实验室确诊病例。麻疹报告发病率为0.584/10万,低于2007年上半年发病率;发病年龄主要集中在<1岁组和20岁～组,发病率达67.85%;麻疹监测系统运转状态良好,各项监测指标均达100.00%。结论在做好小年龄组儿童强化免疫的基础上,应适时开展大年龄组儿童的强化免疫;继续保持麻疹病例监测系统高质量地运转。[Objective] To analyze the epidemic features of measles and operation status of surveillance system in Lianyungang city in first half of 2008, so as to guide the prevention and control of measles in the second half of 2008. [Methods] Chinese Immunization monitoring software was used to conducted analysis on the measles data from the legal infectious disease reporting system and surveillance system of suspected measles. [Results] 62 suspected cases of measles were reported in the first half of 2008, 28 were laboratory confirmed cases. The report incidence rate was 0. 584/100 000, lower than that in the first half of 2007 ; 〈 1-year-old age group and 20-year-old age group had the most eases, with the incidence of 67.85% ; Measles surveillance system was in good condition, the monitoring indicators all reached up to 100.00%. [Conclusion] Immunization in large groups of children should be carried out properly, based on the well operation of immunization in the small groups.
