摘　　要：目的了解连云港市各医院使用的絮用纤维制品质量和卫生状况。方法按《絮用纤维制品通用技术要求》(GB 18383-2007),《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》(GB 15979-2002)检验方法进行检验。结果抽查医院絮用纤维制品14个批次,棉被胎8份,合格1份,合格率12.5%;枕头6份,合格2份,合格率33.3%。结论检测结果显示棉被胎枕头污染严重,卫生质检和监督部门应加强对医院絮用制品监督监测力度,切实保证消费者的身体健康。[Objective] To learn the quality and sanitary condition of wadding fiber in hospitals in Lianyungang city. [Methods] According to《Central technical requirement for products with wadding fiber》 （GB18383 - 2007） and 《Hygienic standard for disposable sanitary products》（GB15979 -2002）, the investigation and detection were cattiest out. [Results] 14 products with wadding fiber in hospitals in Lianyungang city were checked. One of the eight bed quilts is eligible （ 12.5% ） and two of the six pillows were eligible （33.3 %）. [Conclusion] The study showed that the bed quilts and pillows in hospitals were contaminated seriously. So the hygiene quality control and supervision departments should strengthen the sanitary supervision of wadding fiber in hospitals to insure health of consumers conscientiously.
