中西医结合治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择住院患者168例,随机分成治疗组84例,在使用阿昔洛韦治疗的基础上,并予中医治疗;对照组84例单独使用阿昔洛韦治疗。于治疗前后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后治疗组的治疗效果与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.32,v=3,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎效果良好。[Objective]to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （ TCM WM ） therapy on viral pneumonia in infants. [Methods] 168 inpatients were selected, and randomly divided into treatment group （84 cases） and control proup （84 cases）. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, on the basis of acyclovir therapy; the control group was only treated with acyctovir. The effects were compared before and after the treatments. [Results] After the treatments, comparing the effect between the 2 groups, the difference was significant （x^2 = 25.32, v=3, P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] The effect of TCM WM therapy on viral pneumonia in infant is obviously good.
