摘  要:目的选择枯草杆菌芽孢素、地衣芽孢杆菌素、双歧杆菌素、乳酸菌素研制成防食物中毒高效益生菌素消毒剂,对其杀灭微生物的效果与性能(稳定性、腐蚀性、影响因素、毒性)进行检测,为评价、验证、应用该产品的实用剂量与杀菌能力及特性提供依据。方法用枯草杆菌芽孢素、地衣芽孢杆菌素、双歧杆菌素、乳酸菌素、饵料按比例混合经特殊工艺制成益生菌素消毒剂。用载体浸泡法测定其杀微生物效果和稳定性、腐蚀性、影响因素;小鼠毒理实验测定其毒性。结果益生菌素消毒剂300mg/L稀释液对布片上大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,对布片上白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭率均达99.99%。置54℃下放置14d,37℃相对湿度80%,放置90d有效成分下降率为6.12%,杀菌效果无明显影响。对不锈钢,铜无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝基本无腐蚀性。有机物(50%小牛血清)对该剂杀菌效果无明显影响。对小鼠经口LD50>5000mg/kg属实际无毒级;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性;蓄积系数K>5;眼刺激试验积分为3.0分,属无刺激性;急性皮肤刺激试验积分为0分,属无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性,无致突变性;精子畸形试验结果为阴性。结论防食物中毒高效益生菌素消毒剂杀菌效果好、稳定性强、无毒、无味、无刺激性、使用浓度低。[ Objective] The high-efficiency probiotics disinfectant for food poisoning was developed with Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus lichen, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus. The bactericidal efficacy and performance { stability, causticity, influencing factors and toxicity ) were tested, in order to provide the evidence for evaluation, validation, application of its practical sterilization dose and its bactericidal capability and specialty. [ Methods] The probiotics disinfectant was produced in proportion of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus lichen, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and feed by biological special technique. The sterilization effect, stability, causticity and influencing factors were tested by the carrier immersion technique, and the toxicity was detected by toxicological test with mouse. [ Re- sults] 300 mg/L dilution acted on the cloth-chip with E. coli, staphylococcus aureus for 2rain, with Candida albicans for 5min, the efficiency sterilization of them were both 99.99%. After storing at 54 ℃ for 14d, or at 37 ℃ with relative humidity 80% for 90d, the effective component of the disinfectant fell 6.12% , and there was no obvious influence on bactericidal effect. The disinfectant had no corrosion for stainless steel and cuprum, and had not corrosion for carbon steel and aluminum basically. 50% calf serum had no obvious effect on bactericidal efficacy. The mouse oral LD50 was 〉 5000 mg/kg, which actually belonged to non- toxic class. The cumulation toxicity was weak with the coefficient K 〉 5. The result of eye stimulating was 3.0 points, which belonged to the non-thrill class. The result of urgent skin stimulating test was 0 point, which belonged to the non-thrill class. The mouse bore marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative, which showed the disinfectant had no mutagenicity. The result of sperm abnormality text was negative. [ Conclusion] The high-efficiency probiotics disinfectant for food poisoning had good bactericidal efficacy with high stability, non-toxicity, non-smell, no
