摘 要:目的探讨液基薄片细胞学检查(LPT)在体腔积液诊断中的应用价值。方法对420例体腔积液标本进行了液基细胞学(LPT)技术方法的涂片检查并与传统的细胞学涂片(CS)方法对比。结果420例病例中,液基薄层细胞学涂片法在诊断中查到恶性肿瘤细胞138例,可疑癌65例。传统涂片查到恶性肿瘤细胞为134例,可疑癌细胞48例,有21例被漏诊。液基细胞学涂片法较传统方法的灵敏度提高了10.55%。结论液基薄片方法在体腔积液的诊断中,灵敏度提高了10.55%,优于传统的涂片法,是一种值得推广的新技术。Objective To investigate the application value of liqui-PREP TM (LFT) in the diagnose of body cavity effusions. Methods Compared the results of 420 cases of body cavity effusions with LPT and conventional smear(CS). Results In the 420 cases,there are 138 cases were found malignant tumor ten and 65 cases were doubtful with LPT, however there are 134 cases were found malignant tumor cell,48 cases were doubtful,still 21 cases were missed diagnosis with CS. Compared with CS,the sensitivity of LPT has increased 10.55% .Conclusion The LPT whose sensitivity increased 10.55% has an advantage to CS, so LPT is a new technique which deserves spreaded.
