糖链抗原125对非卵巢癌肿瘤和良性疾病患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究糖链抗原125对非卵巢癌恶性肿瘤及其他良性疾病中的临床价值。方法应用多肿瘤蛋白芯片系统检测115例恶性肿瘤患者,79例良性疾病病人和117例健康体检者的血清CA-125浓度,并进行比较分析。结果CA-125在各恶性肿瘤组的阳性率在26%-40%之间,肝硬化和子宫肌瘤组分别为66.7%和36.4%,与体检组相比均差异显著(P<0.01),慢性肝炎组为9.4%,与体检组比有差异(0.01<P<0.05);除慢性肝炎组外,各组浓度均值均大于35KU/L,与对照组比有差异(P<0.01或0.01<P<0.05)。结论CA-125除作为卵巢癌的诊断指标外,在多种恶性肿瘤和良性疾病中也有较高的阳性率和表达量,检测CA-125有助于这些疾病的诊断。Objeetive To study the clinical usefulness of carbohydrate antigen-125 in non-ovarian cancers and benign diseases by protein chip system for multi-ttanor marker detection.Methods The protein chip system was used to determine carbohydrate antigen-125 in samples from 115 patients with non-ovarian cancers that had been diagnosed,79 patients with benign diseases,and 117 bealthy persons. Results The ratio of positive of CA-125 in chronic hepatitis group is 9.4% （average leval is 31.6 KU/L）, the other groups＇ are 26.3 - 66.7 % （their average levels are all over 35 KU/L）, positive ratios and average levels of CA-125 of all experimental groups（except for average level of the chronic hepatitis group） were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. Conclusion CA- 125 is not only a special tumor marker of ovarian cancer but also a marker of many malignancies and benign diseases.
