The Comparison of Cold-resistance and Quality of Rape

摘　　要：通过对8个品种小白菜型油菜的可溶性糖、维生素C、叶绿素等品质和电导率、产量分析，结果表明，四月慢、五月慢具有较强的抗寒性，产量较高，但四月慢的品质相对较差；青邦油菜、苏州青的综合品质较其它品种好。因此，适合于本地区春季种植的品种是五月慢、青邦油菜和苏州青。Solvable sugar, Vitamin C, chlorophyll, electric conduction rate and yield of eight pachchoi type rape were analyzed. The results showed ＇Siyueman＇ and ＇Wuyueman＇ had stronger winter resistance, and their yield was higher, but the quality of ＇Siyueman＇ was relatively poor. The quality of ＇Qingbang＇ rape and ＇Suzhouqing＇ was better than others. Therefore, ＇Wuyueman＇, ＇Qingbang＇ and ＇Suzhouqing＇ rape were suit to be grown in the region in spring.
