摘  要:基于现场试验,通过改变高压调门开度的方式,对某国产600MW汽轮机配汽特性对轴承温度影响进行了研究,并对配汽机构影响轴承温度原理进行了分析。结果表明,不同配汽方式下,对轴承瓦块金属温度的影响呈现不同特征,但均在安全稳定运行的控制指标范围内。文章的研究结果对进一步开展相关工作打下基础。Based on field experiment, bearing metal temperature of a domestic made 600MW turbine affected by its way of steam admission was studied by means of changing HP governing valve shift, also principle of way of steam admission affecting to bearing temperature was analyzed. As a result show that difference matches steam way to take off, presents different feature for the influence of the bearing metal temperature, but is in the control index scope of safe steady operation. The research result of this article for develop related work further establish foundation.
