摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,以Century C18(200×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,以乙腈+水(磷酸调pH值为2.5)=700+300(V+V)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长235nm,在同一色谱条件下同时测定2,4-滴丁酯.磺草酮乳油中的2,4-滴丁酯和磺草酮。2,4-滴丁酯变异系数为0.46%,平均回收率为99.88%,磺草酮变异系数为0.58%,平均回收率为99.92%。The 2,4-D butylate and sulcotrione in 2,4-D butylate sulcotrione emulsifiable concentrate were determined by HPLC at the same time which used Century C-18 （200×4.6mm,5μm）as fixed phase, acetonitrile and water （adjust pH value was 2.5 by phosphoric acid）=700＋300 （V＋V） as mobile phase. The velocity of flow was 1.0mL·min^-1, detection wavelengh was 235nm. The coefficient of variation of 2,4-D butylate and sulcotrione were 0.46%, 90.58%, and average percent recovery were 99.88%, 99.92%.
