摘 要:近年来,在对小鼠实验和人体免疫的研究中发现,疫苗的保护效果和病人的预后及转归与多功能性T细胞的数量和质量密切相关。以往仅仅检测某种或少数几种效应T细胞的功能,远远不能代表机体的特异性免疫状态。在单个细胞水平上,同时产生两种或以上效应功能,包括细胞因子、趋化因子及杀伤功能的细胞被称为多功能性T细胞。多功能性T细胞与疾病的保护效果密切相关。为此,功能性T细胞的检测,能更准确、完整地反映机体特异性细胞免疫应答,尤其对于疫苗的设计和保护效果评价具有十分重要的意义。During the past few years,mounting evidence has proved that the protection induced by vaccines or the prognosis of diseases is correlated with the quantity and quality of T cell responses in both mouse models and human infectious diseases. Examination of one or a few effector functions might not fttlly reflect the antigen-specific immtmity. Recent studies demonstrated that after antigen stimulation, T cells could be induced to produce two or more effector functions simultaneously at single cell level, including cytokines, chemokines production and cytotox- ic related molecules, which are named as polyfunctional T cells. Further studies indicated that these polyfunctional T cells are linked to protection from iofectious diseases. Therefore, measuring multiple functions of T cells simultaneously is essential for the proper evaluation of specific immunity and may have substantial implications for the design of vaccines.
