新时期省级农科院所级科研管理的压力与对策

摘　　要：文章基于对所级科研管理在省级农科院中的重要地位的认识,分析了新时期所级科研管理工作的特点。在此基础上,指出了新形势下所级科研管理面临的压力,结合实际工作,针对性地提出了提升所级科研管理水平的几点对策和建议,即细化所级科研管理工作职责义务,加强各项工作的全程管理;加强所级科研管理队伍建设,提高管理效率;创新所级管理理念,提高管理执行力,以促进院所各项工作规范、有序、高效运行。Knowing the important status of the secondary scientific research management in provincial academy of agricultural sciences, the characteristics were analyzed at new stage. On the bases, the pressure which the secondary scientific research management confronted with was pointed out. Accompany with experiences in actuaI work, several corresponding countermeasures and adviees to improving the seconclary scientific research management were brought forward, i.e., specifying task and duty of the secondary scientific research management post, strengthening whole process management of each work, strengthening the construction of manager team, raising efficiency of management, innovating concept of the secondary scientific research management, enhancing carrying out ability, promoting each work of academy and institute operating in a standard, sequence, efficient way.
