论农村低保信息数据库的建立与完善

摘　　要：农村低保信息数据库可以简化工作环节,提高管理效率,实现农村低保的动态管理和救助的一体化。但是,建立农村低保信息数据库还面临着诸多的困难,如软硬件设备的缺乏、管理人员不足及科技文化素质不高、入户调查难等。建立社区管理的信息数据库需要政府在配备管理人员和经费的同时,加强农村低保信息数据库自身的建设和完善。The information database of the minimum living security system in countryside can simplify the work links, raise the managerial effectiveness. So it can realize the alternate management of the minimum living security system and the integration of succor. But there are many difficulties on establishing the information database of the minimum living security system in countryside, such as lack of software and hardware equipment, insufficient and poor quality of the administrative personnel, difficulty to investigate the residence, etc. The government should provide the administrative personnel and funds in order to establish the information database managed by the community. At the same time the construction and consummation about the information database of the minimum living security system in countryside should be strengthened.
