摘　　要：从实用和安全的角度,对矿用调度绞车传统的机械式深度指示器进行改造性设计,采用LPC2220、霍尔传感器、光耦、LED等核心器件构成新的深度指示系统,能够为操作人员提供直观、有效的提升深度数据,提高了绞车的可操作性,保障安全的同时提高了生产效率。From a practical and safety point ,the traditional mechanical structure for showing the depth of tightwire of dispatching winch is replaced by a new reconstructive design. The new system consists of devices such as LPC2220, Hall switch sensors, isolators, LED and so on. It can provide intuitionistic and effective datum of the depth for the machine operator, increasing the maneuverability of dispatching winch and ensuring security for industrial production.
