摘　　要：对实际工作中的2700×3600型湿式球磨机传动齿轮副在振动方面的问题进行了分析研究,并从安装方法、润滑方式、密封装置的选择及齿轮间隙的测量等方面提出改进措施,经生产运行,表明改进后传动齿轮副的振动状况有了明显改善。The vibration problem of the Φ2700 × 3600 ball mill drive gear system in working was analyzed. The improvement measures were proposed from the aspects such as installation form, lubrication form, sealing device and the drive gear space measurement and so no. The production operation show that improved gear vibration conditions are improved markedly.
