摘  要:采用XRD、BET吸附、红外吡啶吸附等方法,对所制备的MCM-48中孔分子筛催化剂进行表征,考察反应温度、还原温度和还原氢气流速对异构化催化性能的影响.结果表明,MCM-48负载活性组分后,仍然保持着良好的长程有序性,具有典型的中孔物质吸附曲线,比表面积为943 m2/g,MCM-48催化剂具有B酸性和L酸性;MCM-48对正庚烷异构化反应具有较好的异构化性能,当还原温度为400℃、反应温度为300℃,H2流速为30 mL/min时,催化剂催化性能最好,正庚烷转化率为10.5%时,异构化选择性达到70.6%.The catalysts were characterized using XRD,BET surface area and Py-IR.The results showed that MCM-48 loaded with active ingredients was still of better long-range order and having typical adsorption curve of mesoporous molecular sieve.The specific surface area was 943 m2/g.MCM-48 catalysts having bronsted and lewis acid.The effect of reaction and reduction temperature on the catalytic performance was studied.The result showed that when reduction temperature was 400 ℃ and reaction temperature was 300 ℃ and hydrogen flow rate was 30 ml/min,the activity of MCM-48 was the best,the conversion of n-heptane is 10.5%,isomerization selectivity to i-heptane can reach 70.6%
