摘  要:下偏杠铃角度的不可调节和复合平衡力矩与悬点载荷力矩难以完全匹配,影响了下偏杠铃复合平衡抽油机平衡效果.分析常规游梁式抽油机的载荷特性,得出悬点载荷的峰值出现的位置与井况参数的关系,提出一种下偏杠铃抽油机改造方法,依据油井抽汲参数调节下偏杠铃的角度,使其最大力臂与悬点最大载荷对应,提高抽油机的平衡效果.测试结果表明,该改造方案节能效果接近15%,若合理配置装机功率,提高其功率因数,综合节电率将超过20%,具有良好的应用前景.The balancing effect of the compound-balanced pumping unit with downward beam balance weight are affected by non-adjustability of the downward beam balance weight's angle and mismatching between the compound counterbalance moment and the suspending point load moment.Through analysis to the pumping unit's load characteristic,the relationship between the position of the suspension point load's peak value and the oil well's parameters has been obtained and a new method about the transforming of the pumping unit with downward beam balance weight is proposed.Using this method,the downward beam balance weight's angle can been adjusted according to pumping parameters,which makes its maximum arm of force correspond with the maximum load of the suspending point and improve the balancing effect of the pumping unit.The test indicates that the energy conservation effect can reach no more than 15%,while the composite effect of saving energy can reach over 20% if reasonable installing power had been chosen and power factor had been raised,which shows that this method has a good application prospect.
