摘 要:回弹是板料冲压成形过程中一种常见但不易解决的问题,在U型件成形中回弹更加明显。模具补偿法是实际生产中常用的控制U型弯曲件回弹的方法,该方法的使用目前仅仅停留在经验的层次上,很少有文章从理论上对该方法做出阐述。根据回弹理论推导U型件弯曲时,模具补偿半径R1与弯曲凸模圆角半径R0′的计算公式,并设计了相应的补偿模具对公式进行实验验证。实验结果表明,计算公式具有较好的精度,按计算公式对模具参数进行取值可以有效地控制回弹,对实际生产具有一定的借鉴作用。The spring-back in sheet metal forming is a common phenomenon but difficult to be solved, especially in the U-shaped part. Die compensation method is commonly used in the control of U-shaped bending part in production by experience, and few articles were written from its theories. The algorithm of die compensation radius R1 with bending punch fillet radius R0′ was educed according to the spring-back theory about the U-shaped part. The algorithm was vali- dated by experiments of compensation die. The results show that the algorithm has a good precision and it can better control the spring-back according to the algorithm values for the die parameters which can be used for reference in production.
