摘 要:对杯形薄壁梯形内齿旋压成形过程进行了试验研究,研究了道次压下量、进给比、旋压方式及旋轮型面对杯形薄壁梯形内齿齿形填充的影响规律。结果表明,道次压下量是影响内齿轮旋压过程中最主要的工艺参数。提出采用错距旋压工艺、改变主轴转向和轴向加压等措施来减轻或消除轮齿沿轴向或切向填充不均匀、轮齿与齿槽部分轴向伸长量存在差异等缺陷,并利用试验所获得的优化工艺参数,研制出质量合格的内齿样件。The experimental research on the spin forming of cup-shaped thin-walled trapezoidal inner-gear was carried out. The influence of various parameters on the tooth profile forming was investigated experimentally, including thickness reduction per pass, feed rate of rollers, spinning methods and surface-shape of roller. It shows that the thickness reduction per pass is the main parameter influencing the spin-forming of trapezoidal inner-gear. The defects of non-uniform distribution of tooth height along axial or tangential direction, the difference of the axial elongation between the gear tooth and groove etc. , can be decreased or eliminated by stagger spinning, changing rotation direction of main spindle, and applying a pressure force to the opening-end of workpiece along axial direction. The qualified samples are produced based on the optimized forming parameters obtained by experiment.
