摘  要:介绍了薄壁不锈钢管滚珠旋压成形试验过程,通过确定合理的工艺过程,选择最佳工艺参数,从而旋制出合格产品。结果表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢旋压性能良好,有效控制旋压过程的壁厚减薄率和进给比是滚珠旋压成形和获取高精度薄壁钢管的关键。对于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管件,选取壁厚减薄率在30%-40%之间,进给比0.1-0.3时,所得管件尺寸精度最高。Experiments on ball spinning of thin-walled tube were discussed. The qualified products were manufactured based on the selected process parameters. The experimental results reveal that 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel has good spinning formability, and the key issue to achieve high precision is the adjustment of pass reduction and feeding rate. For 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, the optimal wall thickness reduction is 30%--40%, and the proper feed rate is 0.1 - 0.3, which lead to the highest dimensional precision.
