摘 要:基于相似理论基础建立了刚塑性有限元仿真几何模型,采用金属塑性有限元分析软件DEFORM-2D对AISI-1045钢进行了不同负间隙冲裁的模拟与分析,获得了不同负间隙值与塌角、剪切带、冲裁力的关系曲线。并依据模拟的结果对3.8 mm厚的45钢进行了不同负间隙值的冲裁实验,获得了剪口质量好且无毛刺的冲裁件,总结出负间隙值c取-0.1^-0.15 mm时可以实现无毛刺精密冲裁。The geometry model of the rigid-plastic Finite Element Model (FEM) was established based on the similarity theory. The blanking of AISI - 1045 material with different negative clearance values was simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software of metal plastic DEFORM-2D to obtain the relation curve of different negative clearance values with roll-over, sheared zone and punching load. According to the result of simulation, the blanking experiments of AISI - 1045 material with 3.8 mm thickness and different negative clearances were made and the samples with well sheared cut without burrs were obtained hy experiments. It summarizes that fine blanking without burrs can be achieved when the negative clearance value c is of -0.1 - -0. 15 mm.
