摘　　要：垦畦浇晒法产生于唐朝的河东盐池,是历史上最早的人工制盐方式,具有划时代的重要意义,标志着我国池盐生产的历史进入了新技术时代。河东盐池是内陆主要池盐产区,其盐课作为历代政府财政收入的重要来源之一,自古以来受到统治者重视。政府依据自身需要制定和调整相关政策,对盐池加强管理,影响着河东盐池生产方式的改进。同时,制盐业生产技术的进步,也影响着国家盐制的变化。该文认为河东盐池生产方式的变革,不仅是技术进步的表现,还与地方社会的政治、经济和文化等方面的关系密切。通过河东盐池生产技术折射盐政及社会经济状况,丰富河东盐业的研究内容。KenQiJiaoShai, the method of salt industry in Hedong area, was invented in Tang Dynasty. It is the earliest artificial salt producing method and is of epoch - making significance, marking that the salt producing history of China has entered an era of new technique. The salt pond in Hedong is the important salt producing area in the inner part of China,and the taxation on it is one of the important sources of government revenues, hence it has been highly regarded by the rulers since ancient times. The governments institute and regulate the corresponding policies according to their own needs and strengthen the administration, which has great effect on the reformation of the producing method of salt industry in Hedong area. Meanwhile, the progress of producing technique made in salt industry in turn influences the change in the salt system of the state. This paper concludes that the reformation of the pro- ducing method in Hedong salt pond is not only the representation of the technological advance, but also the manifestation of the close relationship with the local politics, economy and culture. Through the research on the salt producing method in Hedong salt pond,the policies of salt and the social economical level can be reflected and the research contents can be enriched.
