手足口病49例护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病及其并发症的护理。方法:对49例手足口病患儿在做好严密消毒隔离的基础上,实施有效的口腔及皮肤护理,结合饮食调理和心理干预以及严密细致的病情观察,同时对于并发症先兆症状给予积极、恰当的处理及护理措施。结果:49例患儿口腔黏膜均恢复光滑,食欲好转,体重增加,体温平稳,各项生理指标恢复正常。结论:护士掌握手足口病发生、发展及并发症观察与预防的要点,及时给予消毒隔离、皮肤护理及心理疏导,包括取得家属的支持与配合,是取得满意效果的关键。Objective： To summarize the experience in nursing patients with hand-foot-mouth disease and the complications. Methods ： Forty-nine cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were sterilized and separated; their mouth and skin were applied effective nursing care ; proper food and psychology intervention were administered ; the progress of the illness was observed carefully ; and at the same time ,the premonitory symptom of complications were dealt with and managed timely. Results：The oral mucous membrane of the 49 cases became smooth, their appetite improved, body weight was gained, body temperature became steady and physiological index was restored to normal. Conclusions ： It is essential for a nurse to master the preventive points in nursing patients with hand-foot-mouth disease, such as sterilization, separation, skin care and psychology intervention, and to get the cooperation of relatives of the patients.
