双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶对沙土鼠缺血额叶皮质超微结构及离子的影响  被引量:1

摘  要:采用结结扎沙土鼠双颈总动脉20分钟后恢复血流制作脑缺血再灌注模型.应用透射电镜对额叶皮超微结构进行观察,并采用电镜能谱技术对神经元随机检测Na^+、Ca离子含量.探讨双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶对额叶皮质神经元的影响.结果:缺血的对照组神经元Na^-明显增高达16.43.而缺血后腹腔注入双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶的实验组显著下降为13.02,接近正常组的11.47;Ca正常组为1.03,对照组增高达3.81,而实验组下降为2.44.同时,实验组超微结构的损伤性改变明显轻于对照组.The reperfusion post-ischemia model was made by cramping the bilateral carotid arteria of gerbils for 20 min and resuming the blood stream. The ultrastructure of the cortex of the frontal lobe was observed under the trasmission electron microscope. The content of calicum and natrium cations in the neurons was also examined randomly by using the energy spectromicroscopic technique. The results showed that the content of natrium cations in neurons in the ischemia control group increased to 16. 43. The content of natrium cations in the experimental group, in which the bimastas thrombolyticenenzyme was injected into the abdomintal cavity of gerbils after ischemia, decreased to 13. 02. which was close to that of natrium cations (11. 47) in the normal group. The content of calcium cations in the normal group was 1. 03 and increased to 3. 81 in the control group and decreased to 2. 44 in the experimental group. The traumatic changes of ultrastructure in the experimental group were smaller than that in the control gorup.
