摘　　要：分析了pH值、金属离子对紫胶色素稳定性的影响,探讨了影响紫胶色素用于真丝织物染色的因素.结果表明,紫胶色素在酸性条件下较为稳定;紫胶色素用于真丝织物直接染色的最佳工艺条件:染浴pH值3,85℃染色60 min;采用金属离子媒染处理后色光发生了变化,染色织物皂洗牢度明显提高,日晒牢度也有所提高;经紫胶色素染色的真丝织物具有优良的抗紫外性能.The effects of pH value, metal ions on the stability of lac dye were analyzed. The factors affecting the lac on silk dyeing was discussed. The results indicated that lac dye was stable under acidic condition. The optimum dyeing condition of lac dye on silk fabric was： pH value 3, dyeing at 85 ℃ for 60 min. The hue of the fabric mordanted with metal ion changed, and the soaping fastness was significantly improved. The lac dyed silk fabric had excellent anti-UV performance,
