摘  要:用自组装技术在涤纶织物上形成纳米级钯金属催化层.并对形成壳聚糖-钯膜活化层的工艺条件进行了探讨,从对织物金属镀层后表面电阻的测定可知,影响活化层性能的主要因素是壳聚糖、溶剂和交联剂用量.实验结果表明:壳聚糖与钯通过配位作用在涤纶织物表面自组装后,形成了纳米级贵金属钯活化层,并用扫描探针显微镜(SPM)及X射线衍射(XRD)进行了表征.该方法成功地降低了贵金属的用量并提高了催化活性,可以取代传统化学镀前活化工艺.Based on the theory of self-assembly technology, nano Pd catalysis layer was formed on the polyester fabric, and the preparation technic of chitosan-Pd catalytic membrane was discussed. The results of surface resistance of metal plating PET fabric indicated that the main factors affecting the properties of activation layer were chitosan concentration, concentration of solvent and content of crosslinking agent. The experiments results showed that nano noble metal Pd catalysis layer was formed on fabric by the self-assembly on the polyester fabric through the coordination between chitosan and Pd. The scan probe microscope (SPM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the activation layer. This method triumphantly decreased the usage of noble metal and enhanced the catalytic activity, which could replace the traditional chemical plating activation pretreatment.
