摘  要:采用无盐轧蒸连续染色工艺,用活性大红K-2G、活性黄K-R和活性黑KN-B对棉织物进行染色,考察了预烘时间、汽蒸时间、固色碱剂CJ-R质量浓度、皂洗剂用量对染色性能的影响.结果表明:活性黄K-R、活性大红K-2G和活性黑KN-B的最佳染色工艺条件是:预烘时间都为55 s,汽蒸时间分别为90 s、100 s和120 s,固色碱剂CJ-R质量浓度分别为2.0 g/L、3.0 g/L和3.5 g/L,皂洗剂质量浓度为1.0~1.5 g/L.染色织物具有很好的匀染性、透染性和较高的K/S值.和传统染色工艺相比,该工艺的染色织物可以达到传统染色工艺的色牢度,K/S值甚至更高.该工艺解决了活性染料传统染色的盐污染问题.Reactive Scarlet K-2G, Reactive Yellow K-R and Reactive Black KN-B were used to dye cotton fabric by the salt-free dyeing continuous pad-steam dyeing process. The effects of pre-drying time, steaming time, the mass concentration of fixing alkaline agent CJ-R and the usage of soaping agent on dyeing behaviour were discussed. The results showed that the optimal dyeing conditions of Reactive Yellow K-R, Reactive Scarlet K-2G and Reactive Black KN-B were as follow: pre-drying time was 55 s; the steaming time were 90 s, 100 s and 120 s, respectively; the mass concentrations of fixing alkaline agent CJ-R were 2.0 g/L, 3.0 g/L and 3.5 g/L, respectively; the mass concentration of soaping agent was 1.0-1.5 g/L. The dyed fabrics exhibited good leveling property, dyeing penetration and higher K/S value. Compared with the conventional reactive dyeing process, the dyed fabric using the salt-free dyeing process can obtain the similar color fastness and higher K/S value. What's important is that the salt-free dyeing continuous pad-steam dyeing process solved the pollution problem resulted from salt usage in conventional dyeing process.
