摘　　要：针对东海县水库多、数据资料繁杂、信息更新不及时,因此采用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0和Ac-cess2000作为开发工具和数据库,设计开发了一套水库管理信息系统软件,实现了对水库信息资料管理查询功能,从而克服了传统资料管理方式的弊端。该系统安全可靠,使用方便、查询快捷,具有实用和推广价值。According to the situation of many reservoirs and complex management in Donghai, Jiangsu province, deigning and developing the reservoir mangement system with combining its concept, structure, basic principle and method. It uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Access2000 as the main development means and database and realizes the function of adding,deleting,editing,and searching information about reservoirs. It also can manage the users and the system administrator can add users and edit relevant passwords. Besides, it sets the authority to enter system which assures safety of the system.
