摘  要:充分利用了膜片和曲柄连杆的优点,提出一种结构新颖的电驱动膜片式车用增压器,可针对不同类型发动机调整不同容积变化率和输出流量,在对其输出流量、压力等参数进行了理论分析的基础上设计、制作了增压器样机,并进行了测试试验。试验结果表明,该增压器具有结构简单、体积小、制造简单、可靠性高等优点,当驱动电压为12 V,电机转速为8000 r/min时,其输出流量约为12 L/min,静压达1500 Pa以上。To make full use of diaphragm and crank and connecting rod, a new structure of diaphragm supercharger by electrical driving for a automobile is described. Some parameters of the supercharger for different engines, such as flow rate, pressure are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, a prototype of the superchargers is fabricated. According to different engines, the volumetric ratio and output flow rate of the supercharger can be adjusted by crank change. The supercharger has unique advantages, such as simple structure, small size, easy manufacture, high reliability, and so on. The experimental results demonstrate that the supercharger' s flow rate is approximately 12 L/min and its static pressure is more than 1 500 Pa when driving voltage is 12 V and motor speed is at 8 000 r/min.
