摘  要:用内燃机简易工程测量法对由南通柴油机厂2135AD发电用柴油机改装成的生物制气-柴油双燃料发电机组工作过程中进行了噪声测试分析,在标定工况下对双燃料发电机组进行了1/3倍频程噪声频谱分析,并与柴油发电机组进行了对比分析。结果表明:在生物制气对柴油的替代率最大时,双燃料发电机组的噪声要高于原机,且负荷增大,差距减小;发电机组的主要噪声为发动机的噪声,而发动机噪声中,进气噪声影响最大;在低频段,原机噪声较高,在高频段,双燃料发电机组噪声较高。By applying the simple engineering method, the paper tested the power level of the noise of the biogasdiesel dual fuel generator on the basis of Nantong engine factory' s 2135AD diesel engine during the working process. The one-third octave band spectrum was compared and analyzed at the same operating condition with the help of the combustion and motoring test. All results show that the noise of the biogas-diesel dual fuel generator is higher than that of the diesel generator. While the difference of them will reduce with the load increasing. The engine noise is the mainly sound of the generator and the noise in the intake manifold has a great effect on the engine noise. In low frequency band,the noise of the diesel generator is higher; while in high frequency band, the noise of biogas-diesel dual fuel generator is higher.
