摘　　要：目的：观察ＨＬＡＤＲ和ＣＤ４５Ｒｏ抗原在过敏性接触性皮炎（ＡＣＤ）患者皮损细胞上的表达。方法：ＡＣＤ患者１８例，正常对照３例。应用免疫组织化学方法。结果：ＡＣＤ皮损单一核细胞以Ｔ细胞为多，角朊细胞（ＫＣ）在ＡＣＤ中可异常表达ＨＬＡＤＲ，且在表皮损害严重部位有ＨＬＡＤＲ＋ＫＣ数增多，ＨＬＡＤＲ＋ＫＣ数与对应真皮中ＨＬＡＤＲ＋Ｔ细胞数呈正相关。结论：（１）ＨＬＡＤＲ＋ＫＣ数增多伴有表皮炎症反应程度的加重，（２）活化Ｔ细胞可刺激ＫＣ表达ＨＬＡＤＲ。Objective:To investigate the expression of HLA DR and CD45Ro in the lesions of allergic contact dermatitis(ACD).　Methods:Immunohistochemistry. 18 ACD patients and 3 normal control. Results: Most of the infiltrated cells in the dermis of ACD were CD45Ro cells　Keratinocyte(KC) can aberrantly express HLADR. The more the epidermis injured, the more the numbers of the HLADR+ KC;　the more the numbers of HLADR+KC,the more HLADR+ lymphocytes.　Conclusion: The increased number of HLADR+KC was accompanied by the strong epidermal reaction. The number of HLADR+KC was correlated to that of HLADR+ lymphocytes.　This result was in accordance with the in vitro observation that activated T cells could stimulate keratinocyte to express HLADR.
