摘 要:通过钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维高强混凝土试件的楔劈拉伸断裂试验,研究了混杂纤维高强混凝土断裂参数的纤维混杂效应。结果表明,钢纤维在混杂纤维高强混凝土断裂性能的改善方面起着主导作用,聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土断裂性能的改善具有局限性;混杂纤维高强混凝土的断裂韧度及断裂能,在钢纤维体积率为1.5%时,钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维表现出较好的协同混杂效应,尤以断裂能更为显著,而当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9kg/m3时,仅在钢纤维掺量较小时方具有正混杂效应。同时,不同类型的钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土各断裂参数的混杂效应具有不同的影响。Through the test on fracture property of hybrid steel-polypropylene fiber reinforced high strength concrete (SPFRHSC)specimens under wedge-splitting tensile load,the hybrid effect of steel-polypropylene fiber on fracture parameters of SPFRHSC were investigated. The research results show that steel fibers have dominant actions on improving the fracture parameters of S-PFRHSC,such as the critical stress intensity factor(KIC) and fracture energy (GF) in comparison with polypropylene fiber which has limitation on improving the fracture property of high strength concrete. With respect to K and GF of S-PFRHSC,there is a positive hybrid effect between steel fiber and polypropylene fiber especially on GF when the volume fraction of steel fiber is 1.5%. However, positive hybrid effect between steel fiber and polypropylene fiber exhibits just in the small volume fraction of steel fiber when the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.9 kg/m^3. In addition,dissimilar steel fibers have different influences on the fracture parameters of S-PFRHSC.
