摘 要:综合利用试验设计、模型拟合与统计学的方差分析方法,考虑多因素的影响,研究热风进口温度、冷风流量与倾角同小热管换热器散热效能的关系及影响程度。试验对象为采用烧结吸液芯小热管制作的换热器,采用气-气换热方式测试。试验结果表明,增大冷风流量与升高倾角均能提高烧结吸液芯小热管换热器的散热效能;0~20°倾角内,冷风进口温度为15℃,热风流量为70m3/h,冷风流量在30~90m3/h,烧结吸液芯小热管换热器的散热效能在0.27~0.39之间;倾角为20°时,热风进口温度在38~48℃且冷风流量在72~100m3/h可获得较高的散热效能。The heat transfer performance influence factors of heat pipe heat exchanger are introduced in this article. A test setup is established to test the heat rejection efficiency of the heat exchanger. The experiment based on orthogonal experimental design is performed to test the heat rejection efficiency of sinter wick miniature heat pipe heat exchanger. The test result shows that the heat rejection efficiency ranges from 0.27 to 0.39 and the increase of cooling air flow rate and inclination can improve it. The coefficient estimates for the linear prediction equation for the recoded factor values are fitted by least square method, then ANOVA method is employed analyzing the effects of these three factors and their interaction. The second-order model is fine to predict the relation of the response and variable. Linear effects and quadratic effects of the volume of cooling air are significant, followed are linear effects of the inclination and the interaction effect of the volume of cooling air with hot air temperature and the volume of cooling air with inclination, while other effects are all not significant.
