摘  要:盐穴储气库溶腔的溶漓过程长,耗费淡水和能源较多,所用资金占建库资金的比例大。为此,根据盐穴建造阶段的需要确定了以促溶工具为主的建槽期快速溶腔工艺方案,研制了喷嘴式促溶工具、延伸式喷嘴促溶工具和软管式促溶工具,并阐述了这3种促溶工具的结构、特点、工作原理及主要技术参数。现场应用结果表明,建槽期前60d内,采用快速溶腔工艺及促溶工具能将盐穴溶腔速度提高1倍左右。Solution mining is a project which consumes the longest time and the maximal time on construction of salt cavern gas / oil storage. It is a great meaning for reducing time and expenditure that quicken the velocity of solution mining in effect. The quick-speed solution mining technique is expatiated which is suitable for a cylindrical development of the insoluble pocket in the deepest part of the cavern, moreover its practice effect is analyzed in application to the field. The main promoting dissolve principles of the solution mining tool are presented on the basis of theory of cavitating jet. The field application of quick-speed solution mining technique and tools indicate that it can improve the salt corrosion velocity by one times and also benefit to take the insolubles at the cavern bottom to the floor and increase the volume of salt cavern.
