摘  要:针对用于低产能油井的常规抽油泵排量都比较大,供采不平衡,抽油泵利用率低,导致有杆泵系统的效率低、能耗大的问题,研制了SCYB型小排量实心柱塞抽油泵。该抽油泵采用实心结构,改变了油流通道,液体不从柱塞内流动,而是通过双通流道举升到杆管环空,柱塞直径可以做得很小,满足小泵深抽的要求。出油阀组和进油阀组固定在泵的下端,使其阀球直径不受泵直径的限制,可增大阀球直径,加大进油流道。此外,阀球质量增加,工作灵活,增加了抽油泵的可靠性。现场应用100余井次,该抽油泵比常规抽油泵泵效平均提高15%以上,检泵周期超过1a。At the intermediary and later stage of oilfield development, some problems exist in the ordinary pumps, such as lower pump efficiency, disequilibrium between feeding and production. This causes lower system efficiency and higher energy consumption of beam pumping system. Therefore, small displacement solid plunger pump is developed. The pump is a special lift means for low permeable sublayer well and low productivity well. It adopts solid plunger and two-way flow path, which makes production fluid expelled successfully among pump barrel and casing tubing annulus. At the same time, the long plunger can protect pump barrel crusting and plunger sanding in. Therefore, it can decrease worn-out, enhance pump efficiency, and prolong well exempted period. Till now, the pump has been applied on wells more than 100 wells per time. Compared with ordinary pump, the small displacement solid plunger pump’s pump efficiency is improved by 10%~15%, and the cycle of pump inspection is prolonged more than one year.
