摘 要:采用不同分子质量聚乙二醇(PEG)对锑掺杂纳米二氧化锡(ATO)进行了表面改性并比较了改性效果,用共混法制备了醋酸乙烯酯/锑掺杂纳米二氧化锡(PVAc/ATO)复合乳液,研究了复合乳液的物理力学性能及导电性能。结果表明,经过相对分子质量为20000的PEG表面修饰的ATO在乳液中分散良好,在含量较低情况下即可得到导电性良好的胶膜,且能增强乳液的粘接性能。In this study, the surface of antimony doped tin oxide(ATO) nano-powders were modified with polyethylene glycols of different molecular weights and the modification effects were compared. ATO/PVAc composite emulsion was prepared by mixing method. The electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results indicated that the ATO powders surface-modified with PEG 20 000 can better be dispersed in the emulsion,the obtained film has excellent conductivity and mechanical properties in the condition of lower content of ATO powders,and the bonding capacity of the emulsion is increased.
