摘　　要：给出厂矿企业110 kV配电网监控系统的软、硬件实现。系统采用三层数据库结构,利用主从轮询通信协议、多线程技术实现对多路总线的并行数据采集和数据处理。系统的实际运行结果表明该系统工作稳定可靠,完成了对变电站内主要设备和输配电线路的自动监视、测量、控制、保护,以及与上级系统通信等综合性自动化功能,实现了高、中、低压设备智能化监控的集成。This paper presents the implementation of software and hardware in a monitoring-control system for use with a 110 kV power distribution network. The system adopts the structure of a three-layer database and makes use of its principal and subordinate poll communication protocols and multithreading technology to perform data acquisition and data processing through its multibus. Its actual operation indicates that it is a stable and reliable system ,which can perform many automatic functions, such as supervision, measurement, control,protection,communication with an upper-level system,etc. It has also realized the integreation of the intelligentized supervision and control in high,medium and low voltage installations.
