摘　　要：针对某空压机组一次比较严重的叶片断裂振动事故,利用陕鼓旋转机械远程在线监测及故障诊断系统的功能分析软件和灵敏监测数据库,找出了发生此次突发故障的原因和部位,并及时采取处理措施,避免了再次发生重大事故的可能,减小了因故障造成的设备损失。It is a typical diagnosis case from a serious accident of blade split of some air compressor baaed on the platform of Shaangu remote online monitoring ＆ fault diagnosis center. By applying the function analysis tools ＆ sensitive monitoring database provided by remote monitoring platform, the site and cause of burst fault are found out, and corresponding process methods are adopted in time. The result shows that the platform can avoid the possibility of bad accidents again and reduce equipment loss.
