糖尿病肾病早期检测血清胱抑素C的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平在糖尿病肾病早期的临床应用价值。方法采用颗粒增强散射比浊法测定100例糖尿病肾病早期患者的血清Cys C水平,同时生化分析法测定血尿素(Sur)和血肌酐(Scr)水平,并以100例健康体检者为对照组。结果糖尿病肾病早期组中Cys C、Scr和Sur水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.05);糖尿病肾病早期组中Cys C阳性检出率为66.0%,明显高于Sur(20.0%;P<0.05)和Scr(14.0%;P<0.01);CysC与Sur、Scr均呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清Cys C在糖尿病肾病早期有较高的检出率,是反映糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损害的良好指标。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum cystatin C （Cys C） level in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Serum Cys C levels of 100 patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy were detected by particle enhanced immunonephelometric assay, serum urea（Sur）and serum creatinine （Scr） were measured by biochemistry analysis. 100 health check-up individuals were selected as control group. Results The levels of Cys C, Sur and Scr in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈 0.01; P〈 0.05; P〈 0.05）. The level of Cys C was correlated positively with Sur and Scr （both P〈 0.01）. The positive detection rate of serum Cys C in diabetic nephropathy group was 66.0 %, which was significantly higher than that of serum Sur （20.0 % ; P 〈 0.05） and Scr （14.0 % ; P〈 0.01）. Conclusions The positive detection rate of serum Cys C is higher in diabetic nephropathy group. It is considered that Cys C is a good serological indicator for evaluating early stage damage in kidney of diabetic nephropathy.
