摘 要:目的通过100例食物过敏患者体内食物不耐受IgG抗体检测,分析食物过敏患者血清中食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体分布,了解食物过敏患者相关原因。方法收集100例在临床表现一定病史的食物过敏症状患者血清,用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)检测100例食物过敏患者血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体浓度。结果结果显示100例食物过敏患者中有85例有1~6种不等的食物特异性IgG升高,阳性率为85.0%,其中存在1~3种食物不耐受的比例最高,占75.0%;在14种食物中,IgG抗体检测结果阳性率依次为:蟹(55.0%)>虾(50.0%)>鸡蛋(30.0%)>鳕鱼(12.0%)>西红柿(10.0%)>蘑菇、牛奶(5.0%)>玉米、大米、大豆(4.0%)>牛肉、小麦(2.0%)>鸡肉(1.0%)>猪肉(0)。其中蟹和虾的特异性IgG阳性比率最高(P<0.05),而猪肉的特异性IgG阳性比率最低,余者阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05)。另外,鸡蛋和虾两种食物阳性率存在性别差异(P<0.05),不同年龄组之间对牛奶、蟹和虾不耐受性整体比较也存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论食物过敏患者体内存在某一种或一种以上食物不耐受IgG抗体,且某些食物在不同年龄和性别中有很高的不耐受率和不耐受程度,可能是食物过敏的主要原因之一。Objective To explore the relative factors of food allergy by detection of specific IgG antibody among 100 patients with food allergy. Methods Serum samples Of 100 patients with food allergy were collected to determine the concentration of 14 kinds of food special antibody (IgG) with ELISA assay. Results There were 85 individuals whose food special antibodies (IgG) were higher than norm from 1 to 6 kinds of food in 100 patients, with the positive rate of 85.0 %. The ratio of food intolerance was the highest from 1 to 3 kinds of food, which accounted for 75%. The positive rates of food specific IgG antibodies were as follows: crab (55.0%) 〉 shrimp (50.0%) 〉 egg (30.0%) 〉 codfish (12.0%) 〉 tomato (10.0%) 〉 mushroom and milk (5.0%) 〉com, rice, and soybean (4.0%) 〉 beef and wheat (2.0%) 〉 chicken (1.0%) 〉 pork (0). The ratios of special antibody (IgG) of crab and shrimp were the highest (P〈 0.05), while the ratio of special antibody (tgG) of pork was the lowest, and the others did not show significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Besides, the significant difference of the positive ratios of egg and shrimp was found between males and females (P〈 0.05), and the significant difference of the positive ratios of milk, crab, and shrimp was also found among the different age groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusions There exist one or more than one food special antibodies (IgG) in patients with food allergy, and some foods show high ratio of food intolerance and high intolerance degree in patients with different ages and genders, which may be one of the main reasons of food allergy.
