北京市农村居民慢性病患病情况与影响因素认知分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市农村居民常见慢性病患病情况以及慢性病相关危险因素认知情况,为制定有针对性的健康教育与健康促进对策提供参考依据。方法按照分层随机整群抽样的原则,对全市10个远郊区县的5 236名13岁以上常住居民进行问卷调查。结果调查人群中,高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、脑中风、慢支/哮喘和高脂血症六种常见慢性病的总体报告患病率为22.4%。农村居民中较常见的慢性病为高血压、心脏病和糖尿病,其报告患病率分别为14.4%、6.1%和3.4%。居民对高血压8个主要危险因素全部认知率24.5%;对糖尿病7个主要危险因素全部认知率16.7%。居民对缺乏体育运动与高血压、糖尿病关系的认知率较低,分别为50.1%和36.3%。结论1、北京市农村居民对于慢性病患病率处于较高水平,慢性病预防知识有待提高;2、在慢性病健康教育过程之中,应注意考虑到文化水平较低的老年人群,以及目前知识水平较低的山区居民的需求。Objective To understand the prevalence of chronic disease and the knowledge for chronic disease prevention in the rural citizens of Beijing, and to provide the evidence for intervention strategy. Methods Multi - stage sampling was used to get the study subjects and face to face interview was used to collect information. Results The prevalence rate about hypertension, cardiopathy, diabetes, cerebral hemorrhage/cerebral thrombosis, chronic bronchitis/asthma and hyperlipidema in Beijing rural population was 22.4 %. The more prevalent chronic diseases were hypertension, cardiopathy, and diabetes, with the prevalence rates of 14.4 %, 6.1%, and 3.4 %. The total recognition rate of 8 risk factors of hypertension was 24.5 %, and the total recognition rate of 7 risk factors of diabetes was 16.7 %. The recognition rates of hypertension and diabetes （.50.1% ） and lack of physical activities （36.3%） were both poor among the residents. Conclusions The prevalence rate of chronic diseases is higher among the rural residents of Beijing, and the prevention knowledge of chronic diseases should be improved. Mountainy inhabitants and the elderly with low educational level should be the principal population for health education about chronic diseases.
