惠州市2006-2007年狂犬病暴露人群监测结果

摘　　要：目的为了解惠州市动物伤人情况,寻找有关因素,为控制狂犬病疫情采取针对性措施提供科学依据。方法对2006-2007年期间在全市各疾控中心预防接种门诊登记的所有狂犬病暴露人员情况进行常规的汇总统计分析。结果惠州市2006-2007年狂犬病暴露人员男性略多于女性,年平均暴露率为23.4/万,6、7、8月狂犬病暴露人员较多,伤口部位主要在四肢,93.2%的暴露人员受伤后曾进行过伤口处理,暴露源动物以家犬为主,两年均有一犬伤多人事件。结论惠州市2006-2007年狂犬病暴露率分别为22.7/万和24.1/万。预防暴露对防制狂犬病疫情具有重要意义,综合防制策略是控制狂犬病的有效措施,需要政府、卫生、公安、畜牧等多部门联合行动,加强"管、免、灭"。同时还需要加强宣传教育工作,普及狂犬病防治知识,增强广大群众的自我防护意识,加强暴露后预防工作。Objective To investigate the status of individuals injured by animals in Huizhou, find out the related factors, and provide the scientific evidence for hydrophobia control. Method The data of the individuals of hydrophobic exposure in Huizhou during the period of 2006-2007 were collected to conduct statistical analysis. Results The hydrophobic exposure rate was slightly higher in males than that in females in Huizhou from 2006 to 2007. The annual average exposure rate was 23.4/10,000, and the peak time of hydrophobic exposure was from June to August. Most of injuries were distributed in＇single site of extremities, and the wounds of 93.2% exposed individuals were treated. The dominating animal was dog, and which one dog attacked several individuals also occurred during the two years. Conclusions The annual rate of hydrophobic exposure in Huizhou is 22. 7/10,000 in 2006 and 24.1/10,000 in 2007 respectively. The preventive inoculation can effectively control hydrophobia occurrence, and the government should connect the relative departments including health, public security, and animal husbandry to pay more attention and strengthen the managing- immunizing- destroying policy, meanwhile the effective intervention including health propaganda, wound treatment and preventive inoculation should be enhanced.
