摘 要:针对长定子直线电机的动子磁场定向控制,提出了一种简单有效的无速度传感器算法。该方法通过计算观测得到的d轴电流和d轴给定电流之间的误差来获得观测角度与实际角度之间的误差量,通过PI控制环的调节,该误差量会收敛到零,PI的输出就是动子的速度,对其进行积分就得到位置的观测量。为了验证本算法,搭建了基于VME总线的电机控制系统。实验结果表明本算法可以很好的对速度和位置进行跟踪。A simple and effective speed and position estimation method for the field oriented control of long stator PMLSM was presented. This method is based on the regulation of estimated d-axis current. The rotor position error information is included in the difference between the d-axis estimated current and reference cur- rent. After extraction of the position error, the proposed approach utilizes a PI regulator to estimate the speed. By the regulation, the position error could converge to zero. Then, the mover position can be calculated by in- tegration of the speed. This proposed sensorless scheme is simple to realize and robust to the parameter varia- tions. A VME-bus based drive system is set up to verify the method and the results are given.
