摘 要:[目的]系统分析了木兰科树种蒸腾特性。[方法]以木兰科的木兰属、含笑属和鹅掌楸属共7个种和2个品种为材料,在自然条件下测定其蒸腾特性。计算蒸腾作用的生态学效应值。[结果]山玉兰、紫花玉兰蒸腾速率的日变化曲线较为一致,其他变化较大。新含笑的蒸腾速率E与光合有效辐射PAR的相关系数最高(0.864),二乔玉兰最低(0.004),二乔玉兰的E与参比相对空气湿度Rm的相关系数最高(0.781)。白玉兰的E与相对湿度差值ΔRm和气孔导度Gs呈极显著正相关,与参比CO2浓度Rc和CO2浓度差值ΔRc呈显著正相关,与空气温度Ta和叶温Tl呈显著负相关。6种植物的Gs与E呈显著正相关。新含笑、山玉兰和含笑的E较高,广玉兰最低。[结论]木兰属的蒸腾速率显著低于含笑属。[ Objective ] The aim was to systematically analyze the transpiration characteristics of species in Magnoliaceae. [ Method ] With 7 species and 2 varieties of Magnolia, Michelia and Liriodendron in Magnoliaceae as materials, their transpiration characteristics were determined under nature condition and the ecological effect value of transpiration was calculated. [ Result] The diurnal variation curve of transpiration rate of Magnolia delavayi and Magnolia lilifllora was uniform and that of others changed greatly. The correlation coefficient of transpiration rate (E) and photosynthetic available radiation (PAR) of new Michelia was the highest (0. 864 ) and that of Magnolia soulangeana was the lowest(0. 004). The correlation coefficient of E value and reference relative air humidity (Rm) of M. soulangeana was the highest (0. 781 ). The E of Magnolia dcnudata had an obviously positive relationship with the difference of relative humidity (ARm) and stomatal conductance (Gs), had an obviously positive relationship with its reference CO2 concn.(Rc) and the difference of CO2 concn.(ARc) and had an obviously negative relationship with its air temperature (Ta) and leaf temperature (T1) 1. Gs of 6 kinds of plants had a significant relationship with E value. The E value of new Michelia, M. delavayi, Michelia was higher and that of Southern Magnolia was the lowest. [Conclusion] The transpiration rate of Magnolia was significantly lower than that of Michelia.
