摘  要:[目的]研究野生稻DNA导入后代的耐冷性,从中筛选出耐冷性较强的导入后代,为水稻耐冷育种提供种质资源和方法。[方法]以普通野生稻的基因组DNA导入宁夏主栽品种宁粳16号、宁粳23号中所产生的后代为试验材料,以发芽期的发芽率,芽期的存活率,苗期的枯死率等作为鉴定指标,进行发芽期、芽期、苗期的耐冷性鉴定筛选。[结果]结果表明:低温胁迫下,供试水稻材料的发芽率和芽期存活率均有所降低,幼苗枯死率增加,但材料05D4-92、05D4-160、05D4-161在低温胁迫下的发芽率、芽期存活率明显高于受体对照和其他材料,苗期枯死率低于受体对照;而且,其株高、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数等受低温的影响较小。[结论]供试水稻材料发芽期、芽期、苗期的耐冷性表现基本一致,其中,05D4-92、05D4-160、05D4-161具有较强耐冷性。[ Objective] The research aimed to study cold endurance of descendants by main growth variety in Ningxia Province of Ningjing No. 16 and Ningjing No. 23 after introducing the DNA of common wild rice geuome, and screen out the better cold endurance descendants, to provide the idioplasmic resource and method for the breeding of rice cold endurance. [ Method] The descendants were taken as the test materials, filtrate cold endurance during germinating stage, bud stage and seedling stage were identified with the identification indices of the germination percentage during germinating stage, and the survival rate during bud stage, withered percentage and plant height, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter during seedling stage were measured. [ Result] The results showed that under the stress of low temperature, the germination percentages and the survival rates of rice materials were decreased, but the material of 05D4-92,05D4-160 and 05D4-161 were significantly higher than those of their receptors and the other materials, and the withered percentages during seedling stage were lower than those of their receptors. Furthermore, the plant height, plant dry weight, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of 05D4-92, 05D4-160 and 05D4-161 were less influenced by low temperature. [ Conclusion] The cold endurance of test materials during germinating stage, bud stage and seedling stage showed similar change law, and 05D4-92,05D4-160 and 05D4-161 had better cold endurance.
