摘 要:[目的]为苦瓜的嫁接理论研究提供一定的研究基础。[方法]以双依、共荣为砧木,以大白苦瓜和绿苦瓜为接穗,研究不同砧木嫁接对苦瓜品质、抗病性的影响。[结果]嫁接降低了苦瓜果实蛋白质的含量,提高了可溶性糖的含量,这与苦瓜功能叶中蛋白质和可溶性糖含量的变化正好相反。嫁接处理能够明显提高苦瓜果实中维生素C的含量。大白苦瓜为接穗的2个处理果实中可溶性糖、蛋白质和维生素C含量均明显高于绿苦瓜为接穗的2个处理,从抗枯萎病和霜霉病来看,2种苦瓜嫁接苗均比自根苗抗性有所增强。[结论]该研究为苦瓜无公害生产开辟了一条新途径。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide a certain study basis for the study of the grafting theory of Momordica chararttia. [ Method ] With the Shuangyi and Gongrong as rootstock and large white articles and green bitter gourd as cion, the effect of engraft with different rootstocks on the quality and disease resistance were studied. [ Result] Engraft decreased the protein content of M. charantia fruit and increased its soluble sugar content, which was opposite to the change of the protein content and soluble sugar content in its functional leaves. The grafting treatment could increase the Vc content of M. charantia fruit obviously. The soluble sugar, protein and Vc content in the fruit of the 2 treatments with the large white articles as eion were all higher than that with the green bitter gourd as cion obviously. From resistance to fusarium wilt and downy mildew, the resistance of the 2 M. charantia engrafting seedlings was all increased as compared with that of the self-root seedlings. [ Conclusion ] The research opened up a new path for the pollution-free production of M. charantia.
