摘  要:[目的]对影响美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的主要因素进行研究。[方法]通过正交试验,研究在人工培养条件下培养温度、光周期与低温处理3个因素对美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的影响。[结果]结果显示,培养温度、光周期与低温处理3个因素对滞育蛹影响大小R2值分别为1 621.3、143.2和11.6。培养温度是影响自然发育至12月下旬美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的最主要因素;其次是光周期;低温处理对滞育蛹发育历期影响较小。[结论]培养温度、光周期和低温处理对美凤蝶滞育蛹发育不同阶段的影响存在差异。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the main factors affected on the development of Papilio memnon diapause pupae. [ Method ] The effects of three factors of development temperature, period of light, low temperature in artificial climate-chest on the development of P. memnon diapause pupae were studied with orthogonal design. [ Result] The R2 value of the three factors of diapause pupae were 1 621.3, 143.2 and 11.6, respectively. The temperature of climate-chest was the first influence factor which affected the development of the diapause pupae under natural development to the last ten days of December. Period of light was the second factor, and low temperature of diapause pupae was the third factor which affected the development of the diapause pupae distinctly. [ Conclusion ] The three factors had different effects on the development of diapause pupae in different development stages.
