摘  要:[目的]研究Cu2+对草履虫体内多糖含量的影响。[方法]通过用含不同质量浓度Cu2+的稻草液培养大草履虫,提取其体内多糖,用蒽酮-硫酸法进行检测,研究Cu2+对大草履虫体内多糖含量的影响。[结果]0.05 mg/L可能是大草履虫适应Cu2+的临界质量浓度,低于此浓度时,大草履虫体内的多糖含量随着Cu2+质量浓度增大而呈现小幅度的增高,大草履虫的生长繁殖得到增强,高于此浓度时,大草履虫体内的多糖含量随着Cu2+质量浓度增大而显著地降低,大草履虫生长繁殖开始明显受到抑制,且浓度越高受毒害越明显。[结论]草履虫对Cu2+表现出较高的敏感性,是一种对水体卫生质量评价的较理想指示生物。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effect of Cu^2+ on the content of polysaccharide in Paramaecium caudatum. E Method ] The P. caudatum were cultured in the straw water with different mass eoncn, of Cu^2+ , its polysaccharide was extracted and detected by the anthrone-sulfuric method and the effect of Cu^2+ on the content of polysaceharide in P. cauclatum was studied. [ Result] 0.05 mg/L could be the critical mass concn, of P. caudatum fitting to Cu^2+ . Below this eonen., the polysaecharlde content in P. caudatum was increased in a small range with the increment of mass conch, of Cu^2+ , then the growth and propagation of P. caudatum was strengthened and above this conen. , the polysaeeharide content was decreased significantly with the increment of mass conch, of Cu^2+ , then the growth and propagation of P. cau- datum began to be restrained obviously and the poison was more obvious when the conch, was higher. [ Conclusion] The P. caudatum showed higher sensitivity to the Cu^2+ and it was a more ideal indicative biology for water health quality evaluation.
