摘 要:从热力学、材料力学的理论出发,对农产品加工的供热管道的热损耗情况进行了分析,并对有保温层条件下供热管道的热损耗以及热水在长距离传输过程中的温度变化作了理论分析与计算,且参照有限元分析软件ANSYS的计算结果进行对比与研究,为外架供热管道的热能损耗以及节能潜力的挖掘提供科学依据。The heat loss situation of heat processing of agricultural products in the pipeline transmission was analyzed from the thermodynamics and the theoretical mechanics of materials. The heat loss and the hot water temperature change in long-distance transmission were theoretically analyzed and calculated under the conditions of the heat pipe with insulation layer, and were compared and studied according to the calculation results based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, to provide the scientific basis for the heat loss of outer frame heat pipeline and the discovery of energy-saving potential.
