摘  要:[目的]为灰水的利用提供依据。[方法]利用改进型微动力一体式生物膜反应器处理灰水,监测了进出水的CODCr、LAS、TN和SS以及反应器的温度、pH值和DO。[结果]进水CODCr平均为188mg/L,出水COD。平均为32mg/L,CODCr去除率为80.2%~86.9%。当水力停留时间(HRT)≤3h时,系统对污染物的去除率随停留时间的延长增长较快。当HRT〉3h时,系统对污染物的去除率随停留时间的延长增长变缓;HRT=3.5h时,系统对CODCr、LAS的去除率分别为91.7%、81.2%。反应器在常温下按HRT:3.5h运行时,处理后灰水符合《生活杂用水水质标准》的要求。CODCr、LAS的去除率随温度变化变化不大,TN的去除率下降了40.4%。[结论]改进型微动力一体化生物膜反应器的最佳水力停留时间为3.5h,系统对CODCr、LAS的去除率分别为91.7%、81.2%。[ Objective ] The study was to provide the basis for the grey water utilization. [ Method ] Using improved micro-power integrative biofilm reactor to treat the grey water, the CODer, LAS, TN and SS, reactor temperature, pH value and DO in influent and effluent water were monitored. [ Result] The CODCr in influent water was 188 mg/L on average and that in effluent water was 32 mg/L, with the removal rate of CODCr being 80.2% - 86.9%. When the hydraulic retention time (HRT) was equal or less than 3 h, the removal rate of system to pollution was increased quickly with the prolonging of HRT. When HRT 〉 3 h, the removal rate of system to pollution was increased slowly with the prolonging of HRT. When HRT was equal to 3.5 h, the removal rate of system to CODCr and LAS was 91.7% and 81.2% resp. When the reactor run 3.5 h of HRT at the normal temperature, the treated grey water was suitable to the requirement of Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard. The removal rate of CODCr and LAS changed little with the temperature variation and that of TN decreased by 40.4%. [ Conclusion] The optimal HRT of improved micro-power integrative biofilm reactor was 3.5 h and the removal rate of system to CODCr and LAS was 91.7% and 81.2% resp.
